Harbinger Management offers services for artists and managers to allow them to maximize their profitability and efficiency. Services can be used individually or combined for an all inclusive approach.
Project Management

We can provide the client budgeting/forecasting, ticketing strategies and inventory management, as well as general administrative support.
Ticketing Analytics

We help clients take a deeper dive into the details of their ticketing sales behavior. This may include monitoring current sales by price level over time as well as event page web traffic during various periods of the sale campaign. We also take this a step further to offer the ability to analyze historical data to establish artist & market specific benchmarks.
Accounting​
Harbinger has experience providing tour/event accounting services since 1995 for over a dozen arena and stadium caliber touring artist, including six Rock and Roll Hall of Fame members and festivals such as Electric Forest Rothbury and Kaaboo-Del Mar. We also provide full business management services, which currently includes one Grammy nominated artist.
